As mentioned in my Welcome post, my journey to a balanced life is not focused on just one thing. Surprise. There is no single silver bullet. Through food, nutrition, exercise, reading, yoga and meditation I have begun to live out a new, happier life. This blog will be focused on exactly what I just mentioned. I'll share what I'm eating, weekly workouts, food and fitness inspiration and motivation, books I'm reading and other positive vibes just to name a few. I don't consider myself an expert and please know that I know that I am far from perfect. But, I have learned a lot about myself, I love how have been feeling and I feel empowered to share.
