Need some new ideas for your workout today?

No worries, I have got you covered!!!

Today's post features a fun little workout that you get to create yourself by way of Workout BINGO! I'm providing you the exercises and direction, but you get to put it all together however you decide.

This cute little BINGO card also gives you the ability to do as much or as little as you want. If you only have five minutes to sneak in a quick workout, knock out a single row but if you have more time maybe try to complete all the exercises around the perimeter. Or, if you are feeling extra and have more time, do the entire card in whatever order you choose!!

Now, ready, set, BINGO!

All the exercises on the card are bodyweight-only so you need nothing for this workout except some open space and a smile. You may also want to grab a towel and have some water handy. I cannot guarantee but it's highly possible you'll break a sweat.

Again, the beauty of this is you get to design your own workout. Up, down, across, diagonal, full card, whichever way you choose, there is no right or wrong way to do it. Each line is designed to give you a little challenge and some ways of getting your BINGO will inevitably be a bit more difficult than others. Definitely utilize the free space as a rest time in between exercises. Depending on which route of BINGO you choose, you're going to need it!

I handed these BINGO cards out at a recent event and they were a huge hit! So many people thought it was a fun idea and liked the ability to design their own mini workout.
