Things have been a little quiet on the blog because I have been working on something fun and exciting behind the scenes. You guys, get ready because today I'm ready to share!
If you've been following me on social media, you might have heard a thing or two about this free end-of-year fitness program that I have been putting together. It is my gift to you for all your support and encouragement throughout own my personal fitness and entrepreneurial journey! Also, because it is so easy toward year end to say, "I'll just wait until January to get back into the gym", I wanted to encourage everyone to make fitness a priority NOW. I'm hopeful that I've taken some of the guesswork out for you by providing three weekly workouts that you can do either at the gym or in your own home (or even hotel if you're traveling!).
At the end of this post you'll be able to access the full program PDF that is designed to provide you with the tools from a fitness and mindfulness standpoint to take you into the new year feeling just a little bit better than you do right this moment.

You'll also have my full support and encouragement each week plus those that are participating in the program alongside of you! The only pieces of equipment you will really need is a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band. Other than that, I've got it all laid out for you with strength and cardio workouts that will last you the next six weeks!
